Say you bought these Huggie Hoops for £77 and, a few years later, decided they weren’t your style anymore — you could recycle them with us and get a £19.25 (25% of £77 is £19.25) gift voucher to spend on something new.

What happens to jewellery sent for recycling?

When we recycle your old pieces, we are melting the metal down to turn into new jewellery. This helps reduce the reliance on mining and its environmental impact, while supporting a more sustainable, circular approach to jewellery.

What else should I know?

  • Open to UK Customers Only
  • The Recycle & Reward programme is available to customers who have previously purchased from jewellerybox.
  • Only jewellery originally purchased from jewellerybox ltd is eligible for recycling. Proof of purchase may be required.
  • The value paid to you is based on what you paid at the time of the original order (excluding shipping), not the current price of the item
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used on jewellerybox.co.uk
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Jewellerybox reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Recycle & Reward programme at any time without prior notice.
  • Jewellerybox is not responsible for items lost or damaged before they are received at our warehouse.
  • Always use the provided Tracked48 postage label to ensure your items are covered.
  • Value returned is final, and we reserve the right to refuse submissions at our discretion.

3. Wählen Sie die Artikel aus Ihrem Bestellverlauf aus, die Sie recyceln möchten, und klicken Sie auf „Bestätigen“.

4. Wir stellen Ihnen einen kostenlosen Rücksendeaufkleber und eine Recyclingnummer aus, damit Sie diese Artikel kostenlos an uns zurücksenden können

5. Drucken Sie das Etikett aus und verpacken Sie die Artikel sicher mit Ihrer Recyclingnummer, die dem Paket beiliegt. Senden Sie sie über einen Postkasten oder Ihr örtliches Postamt zurück

6. Sobald wir Ihre Artikel erhalten und verifiziert haben, senden wir Ihnen eine E-Mail mit Ihrem Rabattcode, den Sie bei Ihrer nächsten Bestellung verwenden können

7. Wir lassen die Artikel, die Sie zurücksenden, zu Metallblechen einschmelzen. diese werden dann verwendet, um unseren maßgefertigten Schmuck zu erstellen
