"Firstly may I say thank you to the lady I spoke to with regards to my order. I waited nearly 2 weeks for my order, which I assume is lost somewhere in the post. The lady kindly reordered the item (without any hesitation) which this time turned up very quickly. She also sent a return label for the original item but unfortunately the item has still not arrived. However I am extremely pleased with the hoop earrings. They were difficult to get in but this is quite usual for that type of earring. Will definitely order again when the need arises. Will send back the first ones if and when they turn up. Thank you."

"I purchased these as my daughter had an infection in her piercing for months that would not heal with the butterfly backs. She's only 8 so I wanted a hoop that was small and dainty, these were a bit fiddly to get in and do-up (que lots of screaming!) but within 3 days the piercing is showing no signed of infection. I am so happy and thank the lady on chat for her advice on earrings. Delivery was really quick too, I received my order the day after I placed my order."
