Beautiful earrings and excellent customer service
"I recently wrote a review about the amethyst hoop earrings. One earring arrived damaged due, I believe, to transit issues. I was immediately contacted by jewellerybox to see how it could be remedied. I asked if it was OK if I gave the earrings to my granddaughter to see if she noticed anything wrong/had trouble putting them in as it was so close to her birthday. I was told that would be perfectly fine and if there was still an issue to get back to them. Needless to say she noticed immediately when trying to put that one earring in. I contacted jewellerybox and they asked if I would like a replacement and they sent me a freepost label in order to return the earrings and within a week I received a perfect pair of earrings. My granddaughter is absolutely thrilled with her earrings. She wears them every day. The person dealing with my issue was kundan who went that extra mile. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend jewellerybox. The earrings are of a very high quality, not flimsy but nice and sturdy. My granddaughter was so happy she got the same earrings as she loves them."
