My chain broke after a. . .

"My chain broke after a month of having it. I just went to put it on one day and the end snapped off and there is no way of reconnecting it to allow me to put it back on."

Very disappointed with this purchase. . . .

"Very disappointed with this purchase. I went for the larger dog tag and was hoping for something a little more substantial. The tag itself was quite scratched, the chain is so thin it's actually not wearable and has kinks in it that mea it puckers and wont hang straight. I would send it back but it was engraved so not sure I can. I own a yoga brand and was hoping to get a lot of these made for xmas but it is such bad quality i couldn't possible sell it. Such a shame."
